TODAY around 1:30 PM, while napping, I heard the daily nightmarish racket from Universidad Sagrado Corazon, vehicles and delivery diesel trucks, louder than usual.
I took the 15' ladder used to sweep the leaves from their Tabebuia clogging daily or drains in oure garage roof, noticing all these policemen and emergency vehicle on the premises as they usually do, doing nothing.
How do I know some type of crime or suicide took place? A couple of the huge crowd of emergencies and police, were taking measurements with a from the 3 story high balcony some time later.
The last picture shows the remedy. The entrance to this balcony violating the privacy of our vicinity, was closed an hour later in a rush improvised, with wood panels.
